To support the strategic objectives for the Practice aligned with the direction of the Partner and Practice Manager. Implementing change as directed by the Leadership team, ensuring all functions of the business are operating efficiently and within best practice principles.
Assume overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Practice in the absence of the Operations Manager; to include people management, business processing, regulatory requirements, marketing and client servicing whilst supporting the practice Advisers with their client caseloads.
